The Open Data & AI Hackathon theme, "Unlocking Public Data Insights with Open Source and AI", sparked some truly innovative thinking from everyone involved.

We gained a lot from the sessions. Wes Turner (RCOS) gave a fantastic keynote on the intersection of open data and open source for Lung cancer data, and Roman Jaquez (GDE) delivered an inspiring live demo. Roman and other mentors had a meaningful conversation about using technology for community impact and the vital role of volunteering.
