Every community wants to ensure the smartness and resiliency for its population and transforming towards that objective. If they have not started the journey, they will be starting soon. It is no longer an "if" thing, rather a "when" thing. We want to take you a framework and journey to become a Smart Community, and with "Smart Everything". When we have Smart Everything as an operating model, we need to make sure our workforce is ready to support those. We will discuss combining the transformation of smart communities and supporting workforce readiness in this presentation.
